Contact Us
Because Flex Your Rights is an all-volunteer organization -- we may not be able to respond to certain types of inquiries, including the following:
- If you have a specific question pertaining to your rights during police encounters, please take some time to browse our extensive Frequently Asked Questions section. And of course, we strongly encourage you to order our educational DVDs 10 Rules for Dealing with Police or BUSTED: The Citizen's Guide to Surviving Police Encounters. The topics covered in our FAQ and DVDs will almost certainly answer your questions about your rights during police encounters.
- If you've recently been arrested, are the focus of a police investigation, or police have violated your rights -- you need a lawyer. (We are not lawyers.) To find a lawyer who deals with drug arrests, refer to NORML's state-by-state referral service. To find a lawyer who deals with police misconduct, refer to the National Police Accountability Project referral service. You may also contact your state's bar association for a free referral.
